How to play
Two adventurers wash up on a 10×10 island packed with closed tiles. Walk, flip, profit. First to 100 coins owns the island.
- Take turns. Move one step in any cardinal direction (arrow keys, WASD, the on-screen pad, or tap an adjacent cell).
- Stepping onto a closed tile flips it face-up and triggers whatever it hides — for better or worse.
- Stepping onto a tile that's already open usually does nothing… usually.
- Reach 100 coins first to win. Steal, swap, dig, fly — anything goes.
The tiles

Money — A glittering pile, 1–10 coins. Bag it.

Swap — Mischievous mirage. You and your rival trade spots, no warning.

Tunnel — A trapdoor home. Step on it any time and it sends you back. Home is calling.

Double — Rocket boots. Until you reach home (or hit Normalize) you stride two cells per turn — and can vault over a stone in between.

Fly — A magic feather. While the spell holds, jump to any non-stone cell on the map. Lasts until home or Normalize.

Swamp — Ankle-deep mud. You sit out your next turn while the rival ransacks the island.

Teleport — A blue glow whisks you to a random cell next to your opponent. Whatever's there fires too — surprise!

Stone — Jagged rock. Walk into one and you bounce back where you came from. Reveals it if it was hiding.

Thief — A sneaky pickpocket lifts one third of your opponent's coins (rounded down) and slips them into your pocket.

Wizard — Pop! All four neighbouring tiles reveal — and their effects fire on you. Wizard chains don't propagate; one bang per visit.

Normalize — The water of forgetting. Strips every active ability you carry.

Empty — Just sand. Nothing happens. Catch your breath.

Home — Your safe harbour. Touching your home strips active abilities and re-centres you. The opponent's home is harmless to step on.
Tips from a salty sailor
- Wizard cells are explosive: they can hand you 30+ coins in one move — or send you straight home via a hidden tunnel.
- If you snag a Thief while the opponent is rich, you'll feel like a billionaire. Time it right.
- Fly is a one-shot key: don't waste it crossing two tiles when you could be raiding the far corner.
- Swamp on your opponent's path = a free turn. Plan the ambush.
